Scheme 18: Limited Ateendriya Suraksha protection plan for individuals – without installation fee
This is a special scheme provided exclusively for individuals who are interested to avail Ateendriya Suraksha cover. Ateendriya Suraksha can be installed on the eligible individuals on the following terms and conditions:
1. This protection scheme is restricted to the below given protection plan
a. Protection from all existing computer viruses/worms and from those are to be emerged in future. This scheme is restricted to only one system (mobile/computer/gadget/laptop/palmtop/etc)
b. Protection from cyber-attacks. This scheme is restricted to only one system (mobile/ computer/gadget/laptop/palmtop/etc)
c. Protection from diseases for the individual who has subscribed this scheme (Please refer the topic “Protection for man and machine” for details)
2. This scheme is extended to one individual only and not for a group
3. This scheme is extended to one individual machine only. You need to re-subscribe this scheme in order to accommodate more units for protection
4. The scheme validity period is 12 months and other terms of submitting the application and installation procedure remains same
5. No installation charges
6. Ateendriya Suraksha can be installed on the same day of the approval of the application and payment remittance provided that Ateendriya Suraksha sticker is pasted on his/her machine
7. All other services of Ateendriya Suraksha cannot be availed by the individual customer even if he is willing to make the required payment corresponding to the respective protection schemes
8. Scheme duration, expiry time and renewal terms will remain the same
9. Individual applications are mandatory for every customer. Group booking is not permitted in this category
10. The scheme can be availed by any individual (subject to our approval) anywhere in the world irrespective of the age and location
11. The customer will be provided with a metal sticker which has to be pasted on the selected computer system. Courier charges will have to be borne by the customer. This is to be paid after the approval of the application.
12. The sticker can be pasted anywhere in the system provided it is kept and maintained without any scratches, dents or damages. The system will cease to have Ateendriya Suraksha protection in case of any damage caused to the metal sticker.
Facility of issuing duplicate sticker is not available.
