Self-awareness:

Self-awareness is a conscious study of oneself and to acquire knowledge about one’s own inbuilt characteristics, qualities, talents, merits & de-merits, strengths & weaknesses, abilities & inabilities, inherent diseases etc.

Self-awareness of your physical aspects, mental aspects, intellectual aspects are to be evaluated strictly, systematically, impartially and separately with no exaggeration. All aspects are extremely important in making you a successful, a unique and a powerful individual. Every individual born on this planet is unique and only one of its kind. A proper study of yourself thus will finally lead you to excavate that uniqueness in you. There is no one else to compete with you. You are only one of its kind to perform that very particular job in its perfection.

The Supreme Holy Nature does not create anything in duplicate. Every one of you is destined to perform your part. This study will make you aware of this and take you to the right spot, giving opportunities to perform and perfect your skills. Your inner-self (inner energy) will co-operate and co-ordinate in your every action. There will not be any conflict within you and outside if you perform your own destined action. You will be successful, both individually and collectively if you are on the right track.

Considering the human species as one entity in its physical, mental and intellectual characteristics, constitutions, capabilities, etc., human race can be classified into 16 categories. Study of these categories will enable to find out your own category. This study will give you a lot of insight about yourself and your compatibility and non-compatibility with others. Your life will be more meaningful, more successful, more fulfilling if you are aware of your true self. You need not do anything, risking your entire resources, time and strength if you are well equipped yourself with the true knowledge of where is your success and where lies your failures. True knowledge about self will dispel all your doubts, ignorance, ambiguities, confusions etc. You need not take advices from anyone else. No one can study you better than yourself. You will have all the strength, stamina, knowledge, intelligence to perform your core action. You need to believe in yourself and no one else. These guidelines will help you to find out your self. Points to be noted:

  1. Inherent diseases are applicable to specific categories only. Do not generalize the inherent diseases for all categories.
  2. How to identify your own category?
    • Leg measurement (length) in proportion to the total body height to be taken first and find the % of proportion matching with the categories given in the chart. This need to be considered as your main category. It is likely that you may belong to more than one category. This indicates that you have multiple roles to perform.
    • All the remaining matching categories in arms, shoulder to finger tips, upper arm, forearm, wrist, chest and waist are to be taken and matching categories are to be noted. These categories will be your subsidiary categories if it belongs to other category than your leg category.
    • Foremost importance to be given on leg category than the remaining categories.
    • In case you have more than one matching categories in one body part, all are to be taken into account for your analysis. This shows that you have inherent talents in many areas.
    • While making the analysis you will find some common factors/subjects in many categories. That will be your predominant inherent talent than other subjects.
    • This exercise need to be done with perfection and analysis should follow to come closer and realize your inherent inbuilt potential and inbuilt diseases/weaknesses.
  3. Subject of inherent abilities/talents:
    • Very wide range of activities listed in every inherent core subject. You should keep in mind while understanding the matter the need of excavating your role in each subject that is reflected in your category. Your observation, constant effort will have to be deployed to explore the inner most subject within the subject.
    • In order to make the matter more clearer, an example of “Literature” is quoted below for your easy understanding. Let us try to analyze what are the associated subjects under the main heading “literature”. This is an example to highlight the importance of excavation of the subjects under the main subject. Example:- Literature means the following activities:
      • All written works, essays, novels, short stories, poems, journals, news bulletin, newspapers, translations, books, dramas, leaflets, all printed matters, brochures, blogs, posts, statements, literary works of history, thesis, philosophical content, theology, scientific inventions, drafts and documentations, preparing documents for land registrations, will deeds, power of attorney, mortgages; preparing laws, rules, regulations, legislative works etc., preparing documents of speeches, scientific inventions, medical researches, all details of inventions, scriptures, medical transcriptions, judgements, legislations, government orders; publication of books and other literary works.
      • All matters of audios, videos and printed matters, press equipment for publications, all types of written communication through any media, announcements, greetings, learning of languages, learning of grammar, preparing directory, collection of literary works, library, inscription of documents, printing equipment, documentation of commercial transactions, entertainment using literary comics etc., literary works of serious matters, literary documentation of treatments, medicines etc.
    • You must understand that life is too small and short to deal with every aspect of one main subject. You may perhaps acquire minimum knowledge about many things, but you must make in-roads to find your own subject under the main subject and excavate the matter with your full ability. You cannot handle many things at one time. You will be loosing your focus and time if too many things are attended at one time. What you need to do is to expose your real talent and expertese in any one subject under the main subject of your category. In this guidance, you are told about your main category, you are told about your subsidiary categories, you are told about your inherent talents and you are also told that there are very many subjects under the main subject. Literature is only an example to prove this matter and make it clear to you. This is how you will find yourself, a unique expert, perhaps one of its kind in the whole world. If you carry on with a general approach of some subjects of somebody’s choice without doing this exercise will be a waste of your life, your opportunities and ending up with total failure and diseases.
  4. Inherent diseases :- The very purpose of narrating and make you aware about your inherent diseases has to be taken positively. This is not to make you afraid and get frightened with the possibility of getting diseases. You may have many diseases of various natures. Some are very short-term, some are mid-term but some are incurable and permanent. If care is not taken, inherent diseases will be permanent and incurable, because the source of this disease is in-built in you. Conscious effort must be taken to address this issue at the earliest possible. Finding belated solutions once the disease is spread all over the body is difficult. “A stitch in time saves nine”. Self-awareness of you as an individual is a stitch in time. If you take precautions, you can save further damage on the fabric of your life. The importance of self-awareness can never be over-exaggerated. It must be made mandatory by all individuals, by all parents, by the societies and by all governments. This is the right way of protecting the welfare of the citizens. You must understand that every individual is going to be an asset to himself, to the family, to the society and to the nation. This will ensure the planet Earth, a vibrant, an elevated, a successful, a disease-free, a power-centre of prosperity. Such a place is perhaps better known as heavenly abode.

The right social reformation:

Many well-known social reformists have already taken birth on the planet and made their contributions in the past. The society salutes them with respect and reverence. Many of the existing evil practices got eradicated with such social reformations. However, leaving the matter there has given birth to many intolerable, wrong and even more evil practices in the society. The existing evil practices have not been replaced with something better. This vagueness and ambiguity, though unintentional has ruined the society at large beyond repair. For an example, eradication of caste-based systems have done many good things, creating many disturbances in the society like;

  1. Loss of guaranteed job opportunity
  2. Loss of job expertise
  3. Inferior quality of work seen in every walk of life
  4. Generating more discontented individuals
  5. Unrest in the society is getting increased
  6. Extremism, radicalization, lawlessness etc. are seen everywhere
  7. Huge unemployment of youth
  8. Huge unemployable youth
  9. Education does not guarantee livelihood etc.

The above are some of the by-products of abolishing caste-based system in the society. This does not mean caste-based society was all-perfect. This does not mean that we should go back to the caste-based society. Do not misunderstand the very concept of what we are highlighting. When we abolish or eradicate some system in the society, it should be replaced by a better system. If you do not replace, or delay the replacement, the society will get focusless. It may very soon land up in anarchy. This is what exactly happened in most parts of the world including India, one of the biggest populated nations.

Self-awareness data of all individuals should be done and collected nation-wide all over nations in the world. Category-wise segregation must be done and stored in the data bank. This will be saved and protected as national assets. This data should be utilized for human resource development.

Governments must do all recruitments in all sectors based on this data for all government appointments. Appointments must be strictly done based on the right category apart from the other required qualifications for the job. This should be made mandatory. This will ensure that most suitable candidates are given opportunity to perform their inherent talent as shown in each category. This will ensure better utilization of human resource for the nation building. Efficiency level of all departments will increase many-fold. It will promote more discipline and less corruption. Productivity per head will be far better both on quality and quantity.

Appointing some one just based on academic qualifications is meaningless. We get a group of dissatisfied and dejected people all around in the society. This will be a breeding ground for all corrupt practices and be a threat to law-and-order issues. Dissatisfied people will get involved in all illegal, immoral activities. Many of them will be addicted to alcohol and other drugs. Both their personal and official life will be a total failure. They in turn will become mere liabilities for the nation. The system today promotes liabilities, inefficiencies and dejected manpower. Our psychologists must have advised governments to rectify some of such fundamental errors. Unfortunately, most of the psychologists today available belong to the right category. The output from such people will be far below the expected level. They, like others, get into the system by mere external compulsions and not definitely by internal inherent capabilities.

We must introduce this system of categorization right after the primary education. Education must be given based on their internal talents as given in each category. This will ensure that more talents and multi-faceted able people are available in the next generation who can build promising future.

Similarly, all professionals like doctors, lawyers, charted accountants, architects, sportsmen, musicians etc must display their category they belong to along with their name and qualifications in the signboard. Customers will start getting better solutions from such professionals who belong to the right category. 16 categories of human race should be treated as 16 clan. Marriages, business partnerships, associates etc. must take place based on the classifications of this clan. Compatible and non-compatible clans should be followed strictly by the society. Interaction with non-compatible people will lead to conflicts, confrontation, cheating and diseases. There will be always mistrust, war-like tension persisting in such non-compatible societies. Extremism, fanatism, resorting to drugs, immoral activities will grow in such non-compatible societies. No law enforcing force can control such mass movement of commotion in the public. No peace and peace-loving people will be seen anywhere. Innocent people will get succumbed to torture and attacks. Murders and murderers will be seen all around. Evil-minded people will be dominating everywhere. You will find corrupt officials, corrupt politicians, judges, teachers, department officials etc everywhere. Safety and security will be at threat. People even at home also will be unsafe. Infighting will be seen between family members.

This does not mean that people belonging to non-compatible categories are your enemies. They are strong on many others subjects and their services are required by the society. They are non-compatible only for you and not for anyone else. It is like administering the correct compatible blood group to a patient. This does not mean that people having non-compatible blood groups are the enemies of the patient. Doctors do the testing first and thereafter the blood from the donor for treatment. Doctors do not consider the fact that the donor is known or unknown, friend or stranger, male or female, forward or backward caste etc. Doctors just do the testing of compatibility and inject suitable blood. The patient may even die if non-suitable blood is injected even if the donor is closely related to the patient. Hope you are clear on the matter and do not make mistakes or do not misunderstand the concept of compatible and non-compatible categorization.

The only solution to all these issues is to transform dissatisfying and disappointed individuals from the society. The route cause of this problem is interaction with non-compatible people in all walks of life. Life will become wonderful, melodious, fruitful and meaningful from the moment we start implementing this system. The next generation of the society will be more promising and talented and peace loving individuals. Everyone will be happy and contended to perform their duties rather than running behind their rights. Our policemen will have hardly any role to perform in such societies in maintaining law and order. The society will prosper day by day. The nation will prosper and we will find very elevated, committed, talented, peace-loving individuals all around.

Now the solution is at your fingertip. You need not change any of the existing rules for implementing this system. Appointing the right individual for the most appropriate portfolio will resolve all the existing issues. Appointing an unfit mahout just based on the academic qualification will either get killed by the elephant or irritate the elephant, which in turn will become violent, making heavy destruction in the society. It is a serious matter and the earlier we address it, the faster we resolve the problem. A violent human is more dangerous than a violent elephant. Let us not invite problems and create helpless situations. The society we presently live are very disturbing. Corruptions from top to bottom, diseases all around and most of them are incurable. Addiction to drugs and alcohol, even making in-routes to students. Immoral activities seen everywhere. The right introspection will reveal more frightening reality. Ignoring this appeal will be the biggest crime the government can do to the society.
